WebThe invention relates to nickel-based composite powder for plasma spraying. The nickel-based composite powder is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of nickel-based alloy powder, 1-2 parts of cerium dioxide powder, 2-5 parts of aluminum oxide powder and 5-10 parts of silicon carbide powder. WebSupersonic atmospheric plasma spraying (SAPS) is a newly developed technique in preparing high-performance Cr 3 C 2 –NiCr coatings with a high deposition efficiency. In this work, the effect of post-heat treatment on carbide precipitation and corrosion property of the SAPS Cr 3 C 2 –NiCr coatings was investigated.
