Deliverer12/V4/Scoundrel4 works for dex, if you are masochistic enough and hate monks for whatever reason. For the race motherless is the best melee choice for most melee builds. WebSlayer doesn’t get a ton after level 16, so you could have another throwback to Kingmaker and dip Vivisectionist for a mutagen. Rogue 3, Vivi 1, Slayer 16 would get you 8d8 Sneak Attacks, Finesse Training for free, DEX mutagen, and 18 BAB, with tons of feats via Slayer Talents to get all the dual-wielding boosts.
