Web30 apr. 2016 · Kratom works quite well for opiate withdrawal especially if you are coming off a lower dose of something weaker like hydrocodone or codeine or if you tapered slowly off your DOC. It doesn't work that great if you coming off a high dose of something stronger like 300mg + of oxycodone, Dilaudid or fentanyl. It is a plant.
