If BiPAP was prescribed because it was necessary to treat a specific problem then the answer would be no. WebFeeling that there is a constant knot in my stomach. Yawning a lot. Tension. Out of breath easily. Dizzyness. Kinda feels like OCD at this point because I’m constantly thinking about it, being anxious about it (vicious cycle). Tried breathing exercises, didn’t work. Belly breathing seemed impossible.
