You can use new brackets if they supply them for retrofitting, or you can simply reinforce the surface with plywood behind it with a suitable hole. Be sure you're removing the grill only, the frame of the speaker comes out once you remove the screws. If you pull out the frame it most likely will damage the ceiling tile and you'll have a much bigger job.
