Pretty much all mods on playstation are cut down and limited due to Sonys no external asset use, weather mods for example are esp files only, on xbox Cloaks of skyrim has more choice because non vanilla meshes and textures are allowed. If you've seen this and expecting the same, sadly it's not possible on playstation.
