WebI'm not sure if this is a bug or something I'm doing wrong but I've only been able to collect three spectral pages and they were within the first hour of festival of the lost. Currently I have no spectral or manifested pages in my inventory (yes I have extra slots open) and am still getting the "all pages manifested" notification.
